Data processing and cookies

In effect since

I run this site as an individual and I process as little personal data as possible. Below is what happens to data from the contact form, what I measure and which cookies I need for it.

Who processes the data

Ing. Petr Běloch, Chrudim, Czech Republic. You can write to me at petr@petrbeloch.cz.

Contact form

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which detects whether a message comes from a robot. For that, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and your IP address. Without it the form would be flooded with spam, so I use it on the basis of legitimate interest. Turnstile runs without consent because the form cannot work without it.

Analytics

Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the banner. Until then it does not run and sets no cookies.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, I delete the cookies of both tools and analytics does not start again.

Cookies

Until you make a choice in the banner, the site sets no cookies at all.

Cookie Set by Lifetime Purpose
pb_consent petrbeloch.cz 12 months remembers your analytics choice, so the site always needs this one
_ga, _ga_… petrbeloch.cz 24 months Google Analytics: telling visitors and visits apart
_clck petrbeloch.cz 12 months Clarity: visitor identifier
_clsk petrbeloch.cz 1 day Clarity: joining page views into a single visit
MUID, CLID and others from clarity.ms Microsoft up to 12 months Clarity: recognising the browser

You can delete or block cookies directly in your browser. The site works without them.

Server logs

The WEDOS hosting and protection service store your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page address and browser details in operational logs. This serves the operation and security of the site, which is my legitimate interest, and I do not use the logs for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to the processing and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Just write to petr@petrbeloch.cz.

If you are not happy with how I handle this, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
